Our Story
Founded in 2019 by Nigel T.G. Ralph, a master electrician with over 20 years of experience, Racland Group Inc. was born from firsthand industry challenges. Nigel recognized the inefficiency of removing sharp edges from metal tubing—a crucial step in preventing short circuits to the ground.
Determined to find a solution, he envisioned a drill bit with a built-in filing section, combining two essential tasks into one seamless motion. With no formal engineering background, he dedicated years to refining his invention, supported by friends and family.
After countless trials, improvements, and personal investments, the Racland Multifunctional Bit was perfected and is now available to revolutionize the electrical industry.
